One made in Miyagi-ken eats twitter of a mink whale for me.
When I was in thirties, this dish bought it. Eight suns of this dish is called hassun
hakkaku arita sometuke八寸八角有田染付. This dish is my favorite.
I thought whether a red and white body of a whale is conspicuous and tried it out.
I bet fleur de sel on meat and ate.
I added more this Japanese horseradish.
This is "leek pot（NEGI－NABE葱鍋）". This dish puts leek（SHIRONEGI白葱） in "earthen pot（DONEBE土鍋）" and boils under the WARISHITA 割り下.
Even if whale meat is boiled and eaten lightly in this pot, it's good.
The WARISHITA is made with pure sake, honmirin and soy sauce.
