菊の司　平井六右衛門　純米酒　ぎんおとめ
KIKUNOTSUKASA Hirai　Rokuemon yunmaisyu Ginotome

今までの岩手の酒とはまた違う、新しい流れを感じる味わい

"Rokuemon Hirai平井六右衛門" is the name from which a head of a family of a sake brew warehouse as "KIKUNOTSUKASA" inherits generation after generation.
The sake by which a crown does this name. I'll think in a representative brand.The sake which will call itself the name of the head of a family is such one.
The taste which feels the new flow different from the former liquor from Iwate again.

キリン一番搾りプレミアムビールで、自家製叉焼肉ワンプレートディナー

キリン一番搾りプレミアムビール

今夜、私は、ビールを飲むことにしました。
普段、ビールを飲まないので、何がプレミアムなのかわからないと思います。

料理は、ワンプレートディナーです。

　　岩本農園のシャドークイーンというジャガイモを茹でてつぶし、
　　　粉チーズ、牛乳、塩、白コショウ、
　　　おろしニンニク、コリアンダーパウダー、
　　　ナツメグでととのえたもの。

　　叉焼肉（チャアシャロウ）

　　やまと豚ばら肉をロースト後、ヒッコリーで燻煙したベーコン

　　燻製チーズ

　　ミニトマト、木の芽、白髪ねぎ

KIRIN ITIBAN　SHIBORI premium beer

I decided to drink beer tonight.
I don't usually drink beer, so I think I don't know what is a premium.

One plates of dish is dinner.

　　Potato as a shadow queen in Iwamoto farm is boiled and crushed.
　　　　Powdered cheese, milk, salt and white pepper.
　　　　The lowering garlic and coriander powder.
　　　　The one arranged with nutmeg.

　　Roasted pork fillet meat (CHAASHAROU)

　　After roasting Japan pig rib, it's a hickory, kunkemuri, bacon

　　Smoked cheese

　　Mini tomato, KINOME木の芽 and SHIRAGA-NEGI白髪葱

久米仙　樽熟成十年古酒　琉球泡盛

名護珈琲　雲衣餻（うっちんこう）と、珈琲ラスク
山田酒店で買った
　スナックで、出て来そうなチョコレート
　これがすきなので、偶に買います。

樽香のついたお酒は、チョコレートや黒糖にも合うと思います。
名護珈琲は、沖縄でコーヒー栽培をしています。名護珈琲は、お菓子の製造販売もしています。
名護珈琲の雲衣餻（うっちんこう）と、珈琲ラスクを食べながら、琉球泡盛「久米仙」を飲みました。そして、琉球泡盛「久米仙」を飲みながら、チョコレートも食べました。

I think liquor with barrel perfume also goes well with chocolate and brown sugar.
”Nago coffee名護珈琲” is doing coffee cultivation in Okinawa. ”Nago coffee ”is also doing manufacturing and sales of a snack.
I drank Ryukyu awamori "Kume sen"琉球泡盛「久米仙」 while eating cloud kou of clothes of Nago coffee (UTCHIN KOU雲衣餻) and a coffee rusk.　And I also ate chocolate while drinking Ryukyu awamori "Kume sen".
