久礼と、塩かつおあぶり、
呑兵衛にはたまらないかも・・・おなかは埋まってるけど、つまみがほしい向きにおすすめな肴。

出会いがあれば、飲んでおけの銘柄になっております。

I'm happy because I can meet 　Hana-abi 花陽浴（はなあび).

Hana-abi 花陽浴（はなあび) Jyunnmai-daiginjyou Miyama-nishiki Origarami, Nama.
When meeting this sake, I drink certainly.　　It's popular sake and is the sake which can't be bought easily.

塩ハツ
たれ鶏皮

　黒いのは、焦げではなく
　寝かせた「たれ」のため。
　これが、夫にも食べさせてあげたい位美味しかった。

A black one isn't a burn.
For "Sauce for YAKITORI" a store owner made be matured.
It was so good that I'd like to make my husband eat this, too.

焼き鳥予約のお客様がいらしゃったので
オーダーできた次第。
次回は、是非ちょうちん、卵管を食べたいです。
予約客が出たら連絡希望。（笑）

蔵　純米吟醸しぼりたて　串きびなごで。

カワトク全国うまいもの大会、行ってみました。
新潟県新発田市（しばたし）市島酒造株式会社　王紋さん。全国初の女性杜氏が誕生した蔵でもあります。宮尾登美子さん原作「蔵」のモデルにもなった酒蔵です。高知出身の宮尾さんは、「楊梅（やまもも）の熟れる頃」に「おきみさんと司牡丹」という作品を書き、そのころから「蔵」のモチーフを得ていたようだと、司牡丹のHPで拝見しました。その作品は読んだことが無いので、読んでみたいものです。
舞台も雪が印象的だったような、「蔵」は、女性が一途だった印象が強くて泣けます、いい作品でした。

I went to an event in a department store.It's because I had the sake I wanted to try once.

Shibata-shi, Niigata Ichijima-syuzou corporation . The name of the sake as "OUMON王紋" is famous in this sake cellar. This sake cellar is also the storehouse where the first female brewer of sake was born in Japan. This SAKE cellar also acted as a model of Tomiko Miyao book "KURA「蔵」".
Tomiko Miyao is from Kochi-ken. There is Japan wine cellar as "Tsukasa-botan司牡丹" in Kochi-ken.　 I read a home page of "Tsukasa-botan司牡丹". 　　She wrote a work called "Okimi-san and Tsukasabotan司牡丹" in her book "When a bayberry ripens.Yamamomo-no-Urerukoro 楊梅（やまもも）の熟れる頃." 　　She tried to write a work called "KURA蔵" from the time when" Okimi-san and Tsukasabotan司牡丹 " was drawn.　I have not read the story. I'd like to read that.
"KURA「蔵」" for earnestness of the lady and the strength of the will, an expressed nice story.

盛岡では、きびなごを見かけることは、ほぼありません。

年一、百貨店の催事で、長崎の干物やさんが持ってくる
串きびなごが楽しみです。

After I come to Morioka, "KIBINAGO", I don't come across it at fish shop.
Nagasaki's fish seller participates in Morioka's department store event once a year.
He'll bring it, "KUSHI-KIBINAGO", but it's pleasant.　"KIBINAGO" the scientific name is "Spratelloides gracilis".
